Wij verwerken uw naam, institutionele e-mailadres, functie, instelling, vakgebied, uw keuze om wel of niet met naam te worden vermeld, en het tijdstip van uw toestemming. Doel: uw steun registreren, controleren dat handtekeningen echt zijn, het aantal ondertekenaars tonen en — alleen als u daarvoor kiest — uw naam, functie en instelling op de openbare lijst plaatsen. Uw e-mailadres wordt nooit gepubliceerd. Grondslag: uw toestemming (art. 6 lid 1 sub a AVG).We process your name, institutional email address, position, institution, field, your choice whether to be listed by name, and the time of your consent. Purpose: to register your support, check that signatures are genuine, show the number of signatories and — only if you choose so — list your name, position and institution publicly. Your email address is never published. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Delen van uw ervaringSharing your experience

Wij verwerken uw antwoorden (zoals financieringsinstrument, jaar, loopbaanfase, uitkomst en tijdsbesteding), uw eventuele toelichting en, als u dat invult, uw e-mailadres. Doel: een onderbouwd, geaggregeerd beeld van het financieringssysteem opbouwen. Wij publiceren alleen totalen en, uitsluitend met uw toestemming, geanonimiseerde citaten. Inzendingen worden nooit automatisch gepubliceerd. Grondslag: uw toestemming.We process your answers (such as grant type, year, career stage, outcome and time spent), any account you write and, if you provide it, your email address. Purpose: to build an evidence-based, aggregated picture of the funding system. We publish only totals and, only with your permission, anonymised quotes. Submissions are never published automatically. Legal basis: your consent.

Vermeld geen gegevens over uw gezondheid of andere bijzondere persoonsgegevens, en geen namen van anderen. Zulke gegevens verwijderen wij bij ontvangst.Please do not include health data or other special categories of personal data, or the names of others. We remove such data upon receipt.

Onze spamcontrole draait in uw eigen browser en maakt geen gebruik van diensten van derden. Om misbruik te beperken wordt uw IP-adres alleen als onomkeerbare code gedurende maximaal één uur bewaard. Wij gebruiken een functionele cookie om uw taalkeuze te onthouden. Alleen de redactie van StopNWO. Wij verkopen of delen uw gegevens niet met derden, en zeker niet met NWO. Onze hostingprovider verwerkt de gegevens in onze opdracht op servers binnen de Europese Unie.Only the StopNWO editorial team. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and certainly not with NWO. Our hosting provider processes the data on our behalf on servers within the European Union.

4. Hoe lang bewaren wij gegevens?4. How long do we keep data?

• Niet-bevestigde handtekeningen: automatisch verwijderd na 7 dagen.Unconfirmed signatures: deleted automatically after 7 days.
• Bevestigde handtekeningen: tot het einde van de campagne, of tot u uw handtekening intrekt.Confirmed signatures: until the campaign ends, or until you withdraw your signature.
• Ervaringen: tot het einde van de campagne en uiterlijk drie jaar na inzending. E-mailadressen voor vervolgvragen verwijderen wij zodra ze niet meer nodig zijn.Experiences: until the campaign ends and at most three years after submission. Email addresses for follow-up are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed.
• Contactberichten: zolang nodig om uw vraag af te handelen, uiterlijk één jaar.Contact messages: as long as needed to handle your question, at most one year.

5. Uw rechten5. Your rights

U heeft recht op inzage, correctie, verwijdering en overdracht van uw gegevens, en u kunt uw toestemming altijd intrekken, bijvoorbeeld om uw handtekening te laten verwijderen. Mail hiervoor naar privacy@stopnwo.nl; wij reageren binnen een maand. Bent u niet tevreden over hoe wij met uw gegevens omgaan, dan kunt u een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.You have the right to access, correct, delete and port your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time, for example to have your signature removed. Email privacy@stopnwo.nl; we respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
